This bit is all ideas for snacks for your toddler at home or out and about. If you have a snack idea I’d love to hear from you, lets share the love!

  •     sugar snap peas (or ‘knicking peas’ as my great aunty used to call them – we used to go in her garden and knick the peas!)
  •     malt loaf slices ( butter optional!)
  •     cheerios ( dry) – other cereals can also be good dry
  •     apple/pear slices
  •     banana (mini bananas are good, just the right size so no waste)
  •     raisins
  •     grapes
  •     soya beans ( edamame )
  •     olives ( I always check for pips)
  •     tomato juice ( with worcester sauce)
  •     popcorn
  •     mini wraps with cream cheese/marmite/peanut butter
  •     breadsticks
  •     monkey nuts
  •     sunflower seeds
  •     pistachio nuts
  •     pine nuts
  •     dates (dont forget the pip!)
  •     dried apricots
  •     ‘bear for kids’ fruit yo yos ( lots of flavours)
  •     ‘goodies’ organic gingerbread men
  •     cheese strings
  •     pom bear
  •     flapjack
  •     oddities (cheese or bacon flavour snacks shaped like different things)
  •     ritz crackers
  •     yoghurt covered raisins
  •     Yeo valley yoghurt tubes
  •     Mini Milk Ice lolly
  •     Hula Hoops ( they have no msg)
  •     Skips ( they have no msg)
